We love to hear from you on social media. Our community got its start on social media, and we still love to hang out with friends in our Facebook group Planners Gone Wild and scope planner pics on Insta (we're @wildforplanners).
That said, social media isn't the most effective way for us to get you the help and answers you need about GO Wild.
During our first GO Wild in 2016, 420 "Wild Ones" attended. It was a manageable number of people to communicate with through social media on occasion. With more than 1,700 attendees this year, we want to make sure we are able to keep track of all queries and requests.
To properly manage our customer service requests, guests can now reach us by:
- Clicking the "help" button (in purple on the lower right side corner of the page) on this support site
- Sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org which will also generate a support ticket
