Guest safety and experience are of paramount importance. It is a testament to the amazing tables so many shops put together that many guests decide to wait.
We have continued to evolve door processes based on experience, the line will not form before a certain time within conference spaces.
GO Wild has volunteers and event staff on hand to help moderate traffic flow through the conference room entrances before the first session, and processes are updated based on each venue’s layout.
We hesitate to assign seats so guests have the best chance to sit with their friends, are able to choose seats that accommodate their needs (near stage, near doors, near screens or away from sound equipment, etc.), find tables that match their style.
These preferences are sometimes difficult for guests to accommodate in advance of seeing the room. We do ask that guests help by not engaging in unsafe behavior that may be the result of excitement but puts others at risk. If we witness unsafe behavior we reserve the right to revoke conference access.
We also believe you are able to have a great experience at any seat and you are welcome to prioritize a more relaxed entrance a few minutes after doors open.
No seat or swag is worth potentially hurting yourself or others. We are excited to see you at GO Wild and appreciate your help as we work to make this the very best year yet.
